Fjord Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

We design our bags to last. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in seams, stitching, and construction.
  • Hardware failures (zips, pulls, adjusters) due to defective workmanship.
  • Material defects (fabric delamination or failure not caused by misuse).

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, marks, colour fading, gradual abrasion).
  • Misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or commercial use.
  • Improper care or cleaning (including failure to follow care guidance).
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function.

Our Remedy

If a covered defect is confirmed within one year of purchase, we’ll repair the product where possible. If a repair isn’t feasible, we’ll offer a replacement of the same or comparable item. We prioritise repair to extend product life and reduce waste.

How to Make a Claim

  1. Have your order number or proof of purchase ready.
  2. Take clear photos of the issue/defect and the whole product.
  3. Email us at hello@fjordbag.co.uk with a short description and your photos.

Our team will review your claim and reply with next steps.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is valid with proof of purchase. It does not affect your statutory rights. Where required, the product may need to be returned for assessment (clean and empty, please).
